Choose the business result.
What would your business want more of even if AI didn’t exist? Choose an existing measure, record what you know today, and make the connection to a business priority explicit.
Strategy session
A busy ChatGPT leaderboard can tell you who is using the tool. It can’t tell you what changed for your customers or your business.
Start with a result your business already measures. Find the work that can move it. Then shape one AI opportunity into a test you can explain and learn from.
We work through a real sales transformation, then build the case for your own next move.
Get in touch ↗We began by measuring ChatGPT usage. To understand its value, we connected the work to measures the business already understood: outreach, replies, accounts reached, and meetings. We could see how AI contributed to the results we already cared about.
The first pilot grew on usage and feedback. Commercial measurement came later. This session uses that experience—including what I would measure earlier now—to build your plan.

Break the work into tasks. In our case, outreach mattered because of its scale and its place in the sales motion. Your map separates valuable work from activity that happens to be easy to count.
03
Our first version filled existing outreach templates with client information. Personalization, cadences, and contact selection followed. Assess what AI can do reliably, the effort to build it, and what people will need to change.

Name the owner, the evidence to collect, and the result that would justify the next step. Decide what would make you stop or change direction, too.
An editable opportunity map and one test plan: the business result, the work to improve, the first version, and the evidence behind your next move. You keep the reasoning behind your choices as the plan develops.
